Mostrar información dependiendo del nid en Drupal

Uno de los elementos más flexibles de Drupal son los bloques, con ellos podemos mostrar cualquier tipo de información, texto, video, incrustar php para que se ejecute, flash, etc....

También podemos definir bien quien puede o no puede ver dichos bloques, podemos definir que roles tienen acceso a los bloques.

Las dos últimas opciones de configuración de los bloques es indicar cuando se muestran, en este caso podemos definir en que nodos o páginas o rutas podemos ver los bloques, o en cuales no vamos a verlos. También podemos definir un código de php para cuando nos devuelva verdadero dicho código mostrar el bloque.

Esto esta muy bien, pero lo cierto es que a veces algunos temas nos encotramos con que las imágenes de las cabeceras están incrustadas en los temas en vez de estar gestionadas mediante bloques.

En el caso de que queramos alternar la imagen según los fullnodes a los cuales visita el cliente tendremos que recuperar el nid de los nodos. El problema es que el archivo page.tpl.php no utiliza la variable $nid, y si la región que queremos alternar esta en la cabecera por ejemplo tenemos que recuperar $nid de alguna manera.

Para recuperar el $nid en el page vamos a utilizar los argumentos, para ello podemos ejecutar este código en la cabecera del page.tpl.php o en la zona en la que queramos ejecutar el código.

Una vez realizado esto le decimos que ejecute el código que queramos.
